Notice can be given through e-mail, posting on the Site or any other means by which User may obtain notice. User agrees to check the Site periodically for changes to these Terms. Any use of the Site after changes have been made shall be deemed acceptance of those changed terms of use. User is solely responsible for providing the equipment related to Accessing the Site, including all computer, remote communications equipment, telephone or other equipment.


Authorised Use
4MA hereby grants to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to Access the content and information available at the 4MA web site according to the provisions contained herein and subject to the payment of the applicable subscription fees and adherence to these Terms.


The right of Access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees, which are strictly non-refundable other than as expressly provided herein. 4MA offers two (2) main subscription plans for Migration Agents: Monthly and Yearly. The Monthly plan is a monthly subscription plan. The Monthly subscription automatically renews, and 4MA will charge the subscription fees to your credit card, every one-month period unless you cancel the subscription as set forth herein. The Monthly subscription shall renew, and 4MA will charge the monthly subscription fees, on the same date of each corresponding month. If a particular month does not have the date, 4MA will charge the monthly subscription fees on the final date of that month. For example, a monthly subscription commencing on January 31, 2009 will be renewed, and the monthly subscription fees charged, on February 28, 2009. The Yearly plan is an annual subscription plan. You cancel the subscription as set forth herein. If we do not receive new payment instructions by the date your renewal is due, your subsrciption will be cancelled. You can reinstate your subscription at any time after it has been cancelled by logining in and resubscribing. The 24 hour subscription can be accessed at any time and involves no commitment. The 24 hour subscription or trail will start form the moment the subscription is activated. 

Non-Migration agents are offered a variety of subscriptions all of which are not commitment based. You can access these subscription if you have already subscribed once by loggining and resubscribing. It is noted that 4ma does not provide migration agent, we are not registered migration agents and it is not the intention of the information provided to be construed as advice. If you require advice on Australian migration please consult a registered migration agent. We may offer you as part of our service information of registered migration agents who may be able to help you. We provide this information without bias or recommendation and purely based on the fact that they are 4ma clients. If you are having problems with a migration agent that was obtained through this site, but all means let us know, but if the first instance you must try to resolve it with the migration agent themselves and if you still have no resolution please contact the government body that controls migration agent registration.     

Free Trial

Any free trial is limited to one per user/subscription/person/company. It will be the judgement of the 4MA management as to whether a trial will be granted, especially if they feel that the subscriber has previously subscribed under another alias.

The end of free trial, time based subscriptions or services will based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 

Auto-Recurring Payments

4ma uses Ewayl as its auto-recurring payment provider and holds no liability over the actions taken by Eway.  Payments for monthly and annual accounts are auto-recurring and payments will occur as scheduled by Eway.  All payments that are via credit card will be processed by Eway and will be auto-recurring.  If you do not wish to have a auto-recurring account, please contact our accounts department on alternative options.


You may cancel Your monthly or annual subscription at any time before the monthly or annual renewal date. If You do not cancel Your subscription by the renewal date, You shall be obligated to pay all subscription fees for the new monthly subscription period. If You received any discount, rebate or other special offer on Your initial Monthly or Yearly subscription, 4MA, will renew Your subscription at the then-current full subscription rate for Your plan, and 4MA will charge You the then-current full subscription fees. Discounts, rebates and special offers are only valid for the initial subscription term unless otherwise stated on 4MA official discount, rebate or special offer materials. 4MA may increase the subscription fees at any time and for any reason, and such increased fees shall be applicable to any subsequent subscription period, provided, however, that 4MA has provided at least ten (10) calendar days written notice of such fee increase before the renewal date for Your subscription. Discounts can only be maintained providing the discount criteria is constantly met for example if you are claiming discount due to membership of the MIA or Migration Alliance you must maintain this membership in order to maintain this discount. If your discount criteria changes you must notify 4ma immediately as we do perform regular checks as to validity.

All migration agents registered with our services must be a registered migration agent with a Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN). If you are a company then you must nominate a registered Migration Agent as your main user. Failure to produce a valid MARN will allow 4ma to cancel the migration agent subscription without refund. If you cease to be a registered Migration Agent you will not be allowed to access the Migration Agents services of 4ma. No refund will be given if your registration has ceased.  


4MA strives to provide access to its Subscribers on a continuous basis. To that end, 4MA will take all commercially reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted Access to its Subscribers. However, from time to time, Subscribers may be unable to Access the web site due to conditions beyond 4MA control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: force majeure, acts of God, power outages, and the acts of computer hackers and others acting outside the law. Also, from time to time, Access may be unavailable due to software issues, server downtime, increased internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, regular maintenance of the system, and other related reasons. In response to any unavailability to its Subscribers, 4MA. will take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure Access is restored within a reasonable period of time. The term “commercially reasonable,” as used in these Terms, shall mean reasonable efforts taken in good faith without an unduly or burdensome use or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or money. 4MA endeavors to provide the highest quality content to its Subscribers. To that end, 4MA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect or feature of this Site or the 4MA, including, without limitation, the content, availability, Access and/or the Terms of this Site, in whole or in part, or to impose new conditions, including, without limitation, a modification of fees and charges for use at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which notice may be made by posting such changes on this Site.


Prohibited Conduct.
User expressly agrees to refrain from doing, either personally or through an agent, any of the following “Prohibited Conduct”:

2. Engage in any action that 4MA determines is detrimental to others‘ use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Permit or provide others Access to the 4MA using Your username or password or otherwise.

5. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute, republish, alter, or adapt any of the software, information, text, graphics, source code or HTML code, or other content available on the Site.

6. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, legal notices, or other proprietary notations from the content available on the Site.

7. Transfer the Site content to another person; “frame,” “mirror,” “in-line link,” or employ similar navigational technology to the Site content; or “deep link” to the Site content.

8. Violate or attempt to violate 4MA s security mechanisms, Access any data or server You are not authorized to Access; or otherwise breach the security of the Site or corrupt the Site in any way.

In addition to 4MA other rights, it may terminate this Agreement at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion. 4MA may also terminate Access to the site or cancel subscriptions without notice if it believes, in its sole judgment, that You have breached or may breach any term or condition of this Agreement, or engaged in conduct that 4MA deems inappropriate, for its convenience or for any other reason. In the event of termination of this Agreement, your obligations to pay outstanding subscription fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.


Privacy Statements.
4MA values Your trust. In order to honor that trust, all of 4MA employees are required to adhere to high ethical standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding any information You provide. Personal information is gathered only when Users make voluntarily online submissions of such information or voluntarily establish an account. If any portion of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable for any reason, such portion will be deemed severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. Upon User‘s breach or threatened breach of these Terms, 4MA may pursue any legal or equitable remedy available, including but not limited to, direct, consequential and punitive damages and injunctive relief. 4MA‘s remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. Failure of 4MA to exercise any remedy or enforce any portion of this Agreement at any time shall not operate as a waiver of any remedy or of the right to enforce any portion of the Agreement at any time thereafter. User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or regarding this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. By Accessing the Site, User signs and accepts this shortening of the statutes of limitations. 4MA makes no representation that the content of the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. 4MA operates this Site from the Australia and makes no representation that the Site complies with any foreign or international laws.
